The numbers in the left hand column count the tapes chronologically. The tapes numbered 1 to 91 were formerly divided into four separate collections, when received from Maria SIlva.

The number codes that follow each entry such as "(4.1)" refer to the collections. For example, "(1.22)" means:
Collection 1, Video 22.

In the Herbert Brün library at the Herbert Brün House in Urbana, in the file cabinets, the folder labeled “Education Folder 24″ contains the program, and some scraps of paper form Herbert Brün, from the 1993 meeting of the American Society for Cybernetics. The Conference topic was “Cybernetics in the Art of Learning”. The program for November 6 includes the following under Parallel Sessions 3:00-4:00:
