Oddly numbered collection likely from an earlier numbering system.
Here we have 19-31 and 40, possibly of some larger collection from the 1995 era that weren't relevant to the Herbert Brun Society. Whatever the numbers are, this collection represents the bulk of the material on the Summer School for Designing a Society 1995 in Atlanta.

Note that tape 19 in Collection 2 appears to be the mysteriously missing tape 27 from Collection 1, which also had a pink post-it label that reads "was 19". Somehow it made its way back to Collection 2.
