Video of the 1993 Summer School for Designing a Society (both sessions) at the Gesundheit! Institute
Thanks to the work of Maria Silva, and Judy Lombardi who left one tape in this collection, we have footage of classrooms, community meetings, and daily life at the first Summer School for Designing a Society. There is wonderful footage to be found here. For now, this website only provides an image of the original tapes and the typewritten list (below) that came with it. Tape #27 was missing. This is likely owing to the fact that many of these videos were numbered twice or three times. Video number 26 in fact is also labelled as video number 27 (see image below). But the "july 18, 1994--Herbert Brun m.i.s." that is described in the list below as video 27 is not present. Video number 28 is also labelled "June 12" and "July 21" and "July 18 19" so there are dating and numbering issues. Still the below list is accurate in that video 28 contains footage of Mark Enslin and Susan Parenti at the 1994 Summer School. -Rob
